Ruth started as a Veterinarian Assistant back in 2015, this then transitioned to seeing the need for more trainers that specialize in behavior. In 2017, Ruth started out training and going through an intensive dog training academy as a balanced trainer. After realizing that she wanted to dig deeper into behavioral issues. Ruth had tried every method on her own dog “Zena” until realizing that her methods were the reason her dog became more leash reactive and dog reactive. Rehabilitating her own dog made Ruth realize the need for more trainers that have had experience in a balanced and force-free world. Ruth started her own business in dog training in Charlotte, and started her journey working with mainly reactive and aggressive dogs. Ruth is passionate about working with dogs and their bad-ass owners to be able to help them rehabilitate their own dogs and live a stress-free life.
